For the uninitiated, the 'A' scenario is when a playthrough is started with that character first, followed by a 2nd Run 'B' scenario that stars the other character. Both Leon and Claire have alternate costumes that can be unlocked by completing each character's 'A' scenario. There are two costumes that Resident Evil 2 players can unlock in-game. And like many other Resident Evil games, Resident Evil 2 gives players the option to customize the appearance of the two heroes by equipping alternate costumes.
